To comply with specific articles of the Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law and relevant government regulations, PT Angkasa Pura Solusi announces that it will merge with PT Angkasa Pura Properindo (APP), PT Angkasa Pura Sarana Digital (APSD), and PT Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra (APSI). This merger will unify the assets and liabilities of these companies under PT Angkasa Pura Solusi. Following the merger, APP, APSD, and APSI will cease to exist as separate legal entities and their rights and obligations will be transferred to PT Angkasa Pura Solusi.
This announcement is made to fulfill legal obligations under the Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law.
