Danone Medical Nutrition International B.V. (holding 95% shares) has merged with Nutricia International B.V. (NIBV). Both entities are part of the same group and NIBV will be the surviving entity.
Danone Medical Nutrition Holding B.V. (holding 5% shares) has merged with Danone B.V. (DBMN). Both entities are part of the same group and DBMN will be the surviving entity.

Post-merger, NIBV will hold 95% of the shares and DBMN will hold 5% of the shares in PT Nutricia Medical Nutrition.
